- Verify your identity by responding to our confirmation email
- Specify which data you want deleted or request complete account deletion
What Happens After You Request Deletion
- We will verify your identity within 2 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification
- You will receive a final confirmation when deletion is complete
- Backup copies in our disaster recovery systems will be deleted within 90 days
Important Information
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes
- Active service contracts must be terminated before full account deletion
- Some anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes
- Deletion requests do not affect data you have shared with third parties through our services
